This disclaimer applies to all content, analytics, strategy logic, scores, signals, and outputs ("Content") made available through the Nexora platform ("Service"), operated by SMF Technologies LLP ("Company").

1. The Company Is Not a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst

1.1 As of the date of this document, the Company is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") as an Investment Adviser under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, or as a Research Analyst under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, unless and until expressly stated otherwise in the SEBI Algo Trading Compliance Disclosure.

1.2 Accordingly, nothing on the Service — including stock scores, strategy recommendations, max pain calculations, implied volatility analytics, backtest results, or any other Content — constitutes:

  • "investment advice" as defined under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013;
  • "research report" or "research analysis" as defined under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014; or
  • a personalized recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or derivative contract.

2. Nature of the Content

2.1 All Content is generated algorithmically, based on publicly available or broker-provided market data, and reflects the output of pre-defined, rules-based logic. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only, to help you configure and operate trading strategies of your own choosing, in your own account, at your own discretion.

2.2 The Content does not take into account your individual financial situation, investment objectives, or risk tolerance, except to the extent you have explicitly configured such parameters within the Service.

2.3 Any strategy "activation" by you is your own independent trading decision. The Company does not solicit, induce, or recommend that you activate any particular strategy.

You acknowledge that:

  • you are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions;
  • you should independently verify any information provided through the Service before acting on it;
  • you are encouraged to consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser for advice tailored to your individual circumstances; and
  • the Company, its partners, and employees accept no responsibility for any investment decision made by you, whether or not informed by Content from the Service.

4. No Guarantee

This disclaimer should be read together with the SEBI Algo Trading Compliance Disclosure, which addresses the separate question of whether the Company's role in automating order execution (as opposed to providing informational Content) triggers registration requirements under SEBI's Algorithmic Trading Framework.
